  1. These updated guidelines are must for any health professional involved with exercise or exercise prescription. Together with the ACSM’s Resource Manual they form an indispensible resource. If you need more clinical guidelines you could also try CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY 2nd Ed. Ehrman, KJ, Gordon PM et al. An additional useful feature is that you get an access code to the publisher’s site which gives you the text in electronic form.

    Book is like a journal, many authors, many different opinions and great for some statistics.

    If you are looking into doing exercises or making an exercise plans for others, this book will be of a great help.
