I decided to take magnesium after doing a considerable amount of research into the mineral and the role it plays in health and recovery from illness. One of the difficulties with taking any mineral supplement is how easily or otherwise it’s absorbed by the body, and a liquid is more easily absorbed than a tablet.
That was partly why I chose Floradix, but also because it’s a natural source of magnesium: the supplement is made up from extracts of fruits, vegetables, flowers, and honey (which gives it a nice sweetness).
It’s a very pleasant way to take a mineral: it tastes of fruits, mainly orange, with a distinct taste of honey and is really very tasty – children would take it quite happily.
Highly recommended as an easy way to take a supplement.
