This is one of the cheaper slendertones but I thnk it’s fab! It’s unisex & simple. There are two time settings – 20 and 40 minutes, and intensity can be increased by subtle little intervals so you can gradually increase it to your comfort! The downside is that every time you start it it resets it’s intensity to minimum… that you can’t feel, so takes a while holding the button to increase it quite high! After a few weeks I’m managing to endure it in the level 3 intensity (marked by 1, 2 or 3 lights for a guide), but still not up to the top. But you can really feel it working at that level. It’s a strange thing – on a low setting it’s just tingly… turn it up high and it’s still tingly but you feel your muscles tense up quite alot. Not at all painful though, and not as tiring as sit ups – you don’t get the burning feeling in your muscles! i would definitely recommend this. The only thing is I think in a few months the gel pads will need replacing, which I think cost about £10, but I believe all slendertones and similar use gel pads which will always get worn out just because they’re sticky and stick to you! =o)

Only been using this for a few weeks; it recommends using it 5 times a week for 4 weeks before you notice a difference I haven’t been using it consistently but every time I do use it I feel like I’ve done loads of sit ups. Would recommend it

Ignore the overly negative review below, this product works a treat. As long as you know where your biceps and triceps are, this product is easy to position. while it’s true that movement is a bit limited while wearing it, it doesn’t stop you doing regular around the house things like eating a meal, watching TV, drinking etc. Regarding the residue, I haven’t had this. The pads are also still working well after the 12 use with no sign of wearing out, and I can definately feel a strength increase in my arms as well as visibly more defined muscles.

Do not wait! Do not hesitate! If U want to keep your jelly arms wobbling-ignore my advice. Didn’t believed, but decided to give it a go, and now can wear my sleveless tops or dresses without feeling on the low side. Truly, fab product. Took me 6 (bit painful!) weeks to get good result, but…U don’t have to go to gym (and pay hefty sums!), you can put it on when watching TV and do the workout from comfort of your own home.

Really easy instructions, simple to use, only used it the once so far but i’m sure i’ll see the effects soon ..feels like it’s working at least ..

6 different programs and 10 levels of intensity, first few levels don’t really amount to much but you can definately feel it further up the scale, gonna try to use it every day and hopefully see a difference asap!

It is actually a unisex belt and i found out in the women’s only section so thought i’d mention that..
